Lead discovery, research, and problem framing for partner and merchant workflows
Redesign key journeys, including partner dashboards and the merchant application flow
Create adaptive, data‑driven experiences that improve conversion and reduce operational friction
Work with Product and Engineering to define strategy, scope work, and deliver high‑quality outcomes
Translate technical, regulatory, and commercial constraints into usable, scalable interfaces
Collaborate with Partnerships, Commercial, and Marketing to deeply understand user needs
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and help elevate design quality across teams
Use data, research, and product judgement to prioritise effectively and challenge assumptions

Experience designing B2B products, ideally within fintech or financial services
Strong track record with complex workflows and multiple user types
Figma expertise
Excellent product and commercial awareness
Hands-on experience running research and leading discovery end-to-end
Comfortable operating as the sole designer in a product area
Strong systems thinking, UI fundamentals and attention to detail
Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance user, technical and commercial constraints
Experience with conversion optimisation, partner ecosystems, or API-driven platforms (highly desirable)
