Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, from planning through analysis and synthesis of findings.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Design, Communication, Technology, or related fields.
Proven experience in UX research and both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Knowledge of digital accessibility.
Experience applying UX metrics and the ability to generate actionable insights.
Experience with Design Thinking, discovery processes, and agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, etc.).
Ability to work autonomously within multidisciplinary teams.
Intermediate English (technical reading and writing).
