- Continuously seek and champion opportunities for innovation — including exploring where AI and new tools can meaningfully improve workflows, delivery and outcomes for clients and the industry.
- Support the exploration and design of conversational experiences, working with large language models to shape prompts, flows and interaction patterns that feel natural, on-brand and genuinely useful for users.
