About the role

  • Field representative responsible for organizing merchandising according to customer requirements. Engaging in training and quality control with team members in Grünberg area.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising according to customer specifications
  • Recruiting and hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with staff, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Valid Class B driver’s license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership a plus
