About the role

  • Sales talent in field managing customer product displays and training new employees. Communicating with team members and clients to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising and shelf stocking according to customer requirements
  • Hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, customers, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship)
  • Career changers welcome
  • Independent, self-directed working style
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Ability to act as a role model and motivate others
  • Valid driver's license (Class B; formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or team leadership preferred
