About the role

  • Access Management Engineer configuring Okta and supporting federal cyber security initiatives. Involving deployment of access management and Zero Trust solutions with federal systems integration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full software development lifecycle for the deployment of access management and Zero Trust solutions.
  • Design and implement solutions to integrate Okta with existing federal systems and applications, including cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Resolving complex issues related to identity and access management, providing expert support during solution implementation.
  • Understanding and mitigating risks within federal environments, incorporating security controls, and addressing sensitive data protection.
  • Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Okta's platform to provide single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and directory services for federal customers.

Requirements

  • Must be U.S. Citizen with an active Federal clearance. DHS or Top Secret preferred.
  • Bachelors degree or 4 additional years experience
  • 3+ years experience access management experience
  • 1+ years experience in Okta experience
  • Proficiency with SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and SCIM
  • Measured experience in both cloud and on-prem systems
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
