About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enters a specifically designed general or functionally defined technical introduction program
  • Get a broad range of initial working experience
  • Prepare for a professional or management career with Siemens
  • Be exposed to different areas of the business taking on new challenging projects
  • Build on and develop technical capabilities
  • Enhance leadership skills
  • Gain experience in the lifecycle of in vitro diagnostic assay development from the concept phase through commercialization and product support

Requirements

  • Assay Development track majors (education level - PhD): Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Biophysics, Physical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or similar
  • Graduation date: Must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior; program start date June 2026
  • Preferred GPA: 3.4
  • Willingness to relocate between rotations.
  • Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
