About the role

  • Learning and Development Consultant creating training materials for Dynamics 365. Engaging clients through effective training and adoption programs across various technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and tailoring D365 F&O training materials to meet client needs
  • Delivering Train-the-Trainer programs and end‑user training
  • Using needs‑assessment tools to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Facilitating engaging classroom, virtual, and group learning sessions
  • Conducting post‑training follow‑ups to ensure adoption and practical application
  • Supporting training and adoption across other SaaS platforms (D365, Salesforce, ServiceNow) as opportunities arise
  • Contributing to AI adoption training as part of our evolving service offering

Requirements

  • Experience delivering technology or ERP end‑user training (D365 F&O highly valued)
  • Strong capability in **Train‑the‑Trainer** delivery
  • Experience creating training curricula, learning pathways, and adoption approaches
  • Ability to adapt your training style to suit different audiences and contexts
  • Flexibility to train across multiple technologies and topics
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and emerging digital tools
