About the role

  • Lead the definition of the product vision, strategy, roadmap and customer journeys, with emphasis on efficiency, member and employee experience, and financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Agile, UX/UI, Data, Cooperatives and Business) to foster co-creation and continuous delivery of value.
  • Research market trends and opportunities relevant to business receivables products.
  • Use data and insights to inform decisions, prioritize initiatives and measure the impact of deliveries.
  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, in partnership with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
  • Promote a product culture within the tribe, encouraging good practices in discovery, experimentation and continuous validation.
  • Represent the voice of members and cooperatives in product decisions, always aligned with the cooperative purpose.

Requirements

  • Essential: solid prior experience in the Product Manager (PM) role — Product Management Analyst or equivalent.
  • Essential: strong experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and product management frameworks (OKRs, Product Discovery, Design Thinking).
  • Knowledge of financial products for corporate customers.
  • Analytical capability to interpret data, define success metrics (KPIs) and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to work with diverse stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
  • Experience in collaborative environments and with distributed teams.
  • Good interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting and discussing topics with different audiences.
  • Openness to evolve ideas and thinking based on team contributions and discussions.
  • Resilience and proactivity.
  • Desirable: knowledge of the cooperative model and affinity with Sicredi's values.
