About the role

  • Determine what needs to be done, the project's objectives, and the deliverables required to meet business goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, required resources, and budget.
  • Track project progress, monitor performance, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Identify, analyze and mitigate potential risks that may impact the project.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, as well as any issues or changes that may occur.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or budget using appropriate change control techniques.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed as specified, produce required documentation, and evaluate project performance after completion.

Requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets and ensure deadlines are met.
