Responsibilities
Este rol es dueño end-to-end del portfolio de Search UX, desde discovery hasta adopción y evolución: Strategy y roadmap de la experiencia de Search (end-to-end).
Definición de visión de corto, mediano y largo plazo para el dominio de Search UX.
Priorización de iniciativas basada en impacto de negocio y user impact.
Success metrics, adopción y performance de las funcionalidades de search.
Seguimiento del uso, fricción y valor generado por features lanzadas (post-launch).
Alignment entre negocio, Data y Engineering dentro del dominio de Search.
Definición y evolución de requerimientos funcionales (PRDs, specs, edge cases) para iniciativas de Search.
Definir prioridades del equipo técnico en ciclos cortos (sprints).
Traducir necesidades de negocio y user problems en requerimientos claros de producto.
Acompañar al equipo técnico durante el desarrollo, asegurando foco, claridad y trade-offs explícitos.
Liderar functional QA y validación end-to-end antes de cada release (incluyendo edge cases).
Diseñar success metrics y monitorear performance post-launch.
Comunicar launches, cambios y evolución de Search a la organización.
Mantener un loop continuo de feedback con stakeholders para iterar y mejorar la experiencia.
Requirements
2–4 años de experiencia como Product Manager (idealmente en productos B2C, marketplace o e-commerce).
Buen manejo de backlog y priorización en ciclos cortos (sprints/quincenas), balanceando impacto vs effort vs riesgo.
Experiencia colaborando con Engineering, Design y Data para alinear scope, milestones, trade-offs y criterios de éxito.
Comunicación clara y ejecutiva: capacidad de sintetizar insights y proponer un plan accionable (memos, updates, docs).
