About the role

• Product Manager of Insurance creating strategic vision and engaging teams for execution in Sicredi. Responsible for tracking product metrics and prioritizing the backlog to meet user needs.

Responsibilities

• Result-oriented with a focus on business and strategy;
• Product vision that guides strategy through to decision-making to ensure focus on outcomes;
• Backlog management and roadmap management;
• Ensures requirements for what to build, collaborates with the development team, and monitors releases;
• Able to identify the Minimum Viable Product (MVP);
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to create products (preferably digital-first);
• Analytical capacity, strategic and creative thinking;
• Ability to identify problems and make well-founded decisions;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with other teams and leadership;

Requirements

• Experience in financial institutions and with Insurance and/or Health Plan products;
• Experience making decisions about features and prioritizing the backlog;
• Experience in Discovery phases, hypothesis validation and business definition, as well as in solution delivery;
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or related fields;
• Courses and training from a Product School or equivalent product management programs.
