About the role

  • Coordination of Physical Security for Sicredi's Monitoring Operations, managing teams and overseeing operational procedures. Focused on electronic security and risk management for assets and personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the operation of the Asset Monitoring Center, which includes a third-party team working 12/36 shifts, in addition to direct employees.
  • In addition to operational and personnel management, this position will liaise with central offices and cooperatives on alarm and image/video monitoring topics.
  • Coordinates a team of professionals.
  • Responsible for the performance and results of a team within their discipline or function.
  • Adapts plans and priorities to allocate resources and address professional challenges.
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plans; receives guidance from a manager.
  • Provides technical guidance to subordinates, peers and/or clients.
  • Resolves problems using defined processes.
  • Manage employees by setting objectives, directing individual development plans and providing periodic feedback to monitor progress against contracted goals and the employee's development.

Requirements

  • Support electronic security projects to increase security levels and align business needs with security requirements and corporate strategies.
  • Coordinate the response to asset and personal security incidents alarmed or reported to the monitoring center; monitor the identification of new vulnerabilities in monitored environments to support affected areas, minimize operational risks and loss events, and identify improvements to the electronic security management system.
  • Coordinate the development of asset and personal security policies and related controls to protect physical assets and people, and support the identification of security audit points to mitigate operational risks and loss events.
