About the role

IT Specialist ensuring smooth IT operations in a growing beauty company. Collaborate with external service providers and support internal teams with compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

Glow uses a managed IT model for support and device management — we are looking for someone to ensure our day-to-day IT operations run smoothly.
You will be part of a small team responsible for our internal IT landscape: coordinate with our IT service provider, maintain oversight of devices and licenses, support colleagues with clear processes, and ensure our security standards are upheld in daily operations.
As the central interface to our managed IT partner, you will ensure seamless workflows.
You will handle all daily hardware processes — from orders and returns to inventory — and keep device, inventory, and license records accurate and up to date.
You will support the implementation and execution of our IT and security policies, including audits.
You will assist our Production & Fulfillment team with access requests and system updates, and provide on-site support in Berlin when tasks cannot be resolved remotely.
You will keep our IT documentation and self-service guides current and support the rollout of new tools and security improvements.

Experience in IT Operations or Workplace IT, ideally in a growing or remote-first company.
Confident working with SaaS tools, MDM platforms and SSO setups.
Structured, detail-oriented and reliable in following processes.
Clear communicator who balances user needs with security requirements.
Ability to provide occasional on-site support in Berlin when required.
