- Close collaboration with R&D, Automation and other departments to align the IT strategy consistently with company objectives
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in designing, building and operating scalable IT infrastructure and security environments
- Good understanding of security frameworks (e.g. ISMS, ISO 27001) and incident response processes
- Experience integrating IT infrastructure into MES and automation environments
- Strategic mindset with strong communication skills; negotiation‑level English, German is a plus
