About the role

  • Support Analyst managing technical assistance for cooperatives in commercial credit area. Focus on user feedback, risk identification, and business improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support to cooperatives across processes within the commercial credit area, performing technical analyses and providing necessary guidance to cooperatives for each case.
  • Monitor process documents and activities, flagging changes and/or the need to create new documents, and support the ongoing updating of materials in the Knowledge Base.
  • Track individual and team OKRs and propose actions for improvement.
  • Analyze the main reasons users contact support and propose improvements aimed at efficiency gains and better user experience.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting business risks.
  • Participate in initiatives to foster business development, supporting cooperatives in revenue generation and building closer relationships with users.
  • Collect user feedback, perceptions, and suggestions to assess service quality and identify potential improvement areas.
  • Execute and follow up on action plans for continuous improvement of service and product.
  • Monitor the status and progress of issue resolution to keep the user informed.
  • Advise users on business matters, processes, and services using documented information validated by the responsible areas to clarify doubts and questions.
  • Provide support across all channels; record, assess, and properly prioritize incidents related to business, processes, services, and operational continuity, communicating workaround actions or resolving incidents when possible.
  • Handle requests, route them and work with the responsible areas when necessary, monitoring the contracted SLA to meet users' needs within established deadlines.

Requirements

  • Higher education completed or in progress.
  • Basic knowledge of credit.
  • Ability and willingness to learn and acquire technical knowledge related to commercial credit.
  • Strong ability to interpret texts and scenarios.
  • Customer service experience is desirable.
  • Proactivity and ownership mindset — ability to take responsibility and seek solutions autonomously.
  • Good communication skills and empathy — experience or aptitude for public-facing service.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, especially when analyzing and forwarding information.
