Responsibilities
Propose strategies for the development, implementation and maintenance of Education Programs and promote their dissemination among employees, suppliers and the community;
Organize processes to achieve delivery objectives, focusing on continuous improvement;
Develop and maintain program-related activities and materials (communications, presentations, educational materials, trainings, manuals, lectures);
Support the preparation of the Program budget and planning and perform periodic monitoring;
Prepare supporting materials for the Program's monthly report to the Executive Board;
Ensure the delivery of all trainings/educational sessions under your responsibility (content, logistics, trainers);
Organize collaborative working groups composed of professionals from cooperatives and central cooperative organizations;
Build and maintain relationships with various internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in the humanities, preferably in Education. Postgraduate studies in Education are a plus.
Essential knowledge: education in school settings, agile methodologies for project management, communication and marketing, project management methodologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Essential skills: experience working in multidisciplinary teams, analytical ability, proactivity, and strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
Desirable knowledge: Financial Education; Cooperativism; Innovation and gamification; Basic English.
Desired experience: practical experience in the areas listed above, as well as experience in structured projects or similar activities.
