About the role

  • Marketing Analyst executing digital marketing strategies and managing channels for Shop Mercantil. Engaging partners and ensuring brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and communication channels;
  • Manage paid and organic media campaigns, monitoring metrics and results;
  • Develop engagement initiatives with partners and channels to strengthen brand presence;
  • Produce performance reports and recommend strategic improvements;
  • Work on co-marketing projects and channel expansion, aligning objectives with partners;
  • Ensure consistency of communication across different platforms and audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Communication, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Previous experience in digital marketing and channel/partnership management;
  • Knowledge of branding and brand positioning;
  • Fluency in English or Spanish for work in international markets;
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience in market expansion projects and multichannel campaigns;
  • Specialization in Digital Marketing, Channel Management, Branding or Communication Strategy is a plus;
