Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic decision support to senior leadership by breaking down problems, assessing business performance, and framing clear recommendations.

- Interpret financial and operational results, highlight key variances, and communicate performance drivers in a way leadership can act on immediately.
- Develop and maintain KPI tracking that gives the business visibility into marketplace performance and operational health.
- Build and refine revenue, cost, and scenario models to support decision-making and diagnose supply-demand dynamics.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance how the business understands its marketplace metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Financial Analyst or Senior Analyst with experience in operational or strategic finance.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to build clean, scalable models.
- Experience with KPI development, tracking, and variance analysis.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems, structure analysis, and communicate insights clearly.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
