About the role

  • Strategic Accounts Manager responsible for influencing Multi-Family and Single-Family business channels at Shaw Floors. Develop programs and contracts while building key relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Influence the Multi-Family, Multi-Family New Construction, Single Family, Senior Living, and Student Housing business channels
  • Develop specified programs for end users
  • Create and negotiate contracts
  • Identify and penetrate influencers in the MF and SF business channels
  • Build relationships with key decision makers
  • Make detailed sales presentations
  • Manage and maintain specified relationships for nationwide contracts
  • Work with inventory and category management

Requirements

  • Four year degree preferred
  • 2+ years related sales experience
  • Designer background a plus
  • Previous builder/multi family experience preferred
  • Experience with strategic-Consultative Selling Technique
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations
