Responsibilities
Oversee and direct the marketing and communications of ShareWord Global
Develop and execute the strategy to maintain consistency and improve external perception
Handle public relations and build brand persona
Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, setting clear KPIs
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development within the team
Evaluate regional differences to adapt strategies for specific markets
Guide the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
5–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or brand leadership
Familiarity with fundraising and donor engagement practices
Proven ability to lead brand development, creative direction, and storytelling for mission-driven audiences
Strong understanding of digital marketing
Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize across competing deadlines
Ability to cast vision, develop strategy, and execute complex plans
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
High emotional intelligence and sensitivity when communicating with internal and external audiences
