About the role

  • Trade Marketing Executive role at Royal Caribbean Group focused on managing marketing strategies and trade partner communications for Celebrity Cruises. Collaborating across UK/I and EMEA markets in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • To support the Trade Marketing Manager with the implementation of a comprehensive and innovative online and offline trade marketing plan for Celebrity Cruises.
  • Providing trade partners and sales teams across UK/I and EMEA with the campaign and trade marketing tools needed to drive engagement and the Celebrity Cruises business.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of trade marketing activities including communications, impactful collateral, trade press, POS tools, incentives, offers and campaign information.
  • Responsible for build and delivery of trade email communications, gathering relevant content for emails ensuring seamless journey through landing pages and click through content.
  • To execute and deliver the assets and materials to support the trade media strategy, liaising with agencies/internal teams to brief and deliver artwork for digital, press ads, sponsored editorial features, competitions, and partnership activity
  • Execute the Trade Engagement, Incentives, and loyalty campaign plans, briefing and delivering assets and collateral across print and digital, to support and drive the campaigns ensuring maximum engagement
  • Daily management of assigned Trade Facebook channels, delivering on the social media strategy with responsibility for gathering and producing relevant and engaging content.
  • Responsible for weekly reporting, insights, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide campaign and marketing support for key accounts with relevant brand and product content and dedicated reviews/approvals of co-op executions and marketing approvals
  • Work within CMS platform to manage content within our Trade portals including campaign information and company news
  • Provide budget and administrative support to the Trade Marketing Manager, raising purchase orders and processing invoices, ensuring financial administration is completed accurately and within deadlines
  • Support with the ordering, distribution and fulfilment of brochures and branded merchandise across all markets
  • Work alongside our Trade Training Manager to support with the set up and management of online webinars, proofing materials and promotion of training activities to the trade community
  • To work with the Trade Marketing Manager and Brand Executives to ensure that all trade communications are consistent and achieve cut through
  • Assist with trade events, webinars and media engagements as required - Some evening / weekend work may be required for events or launch activity, with appropriate time in lieu in line with policy

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience (B2B marketing would be an advantage)
  • CRM experience (essential)
  • Experience working within travel, cruise or leisure industry (preferred)
  • European language skills (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Highly organised and with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, highly motivated and enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Creative mindset with strong visual and design awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in partner and stakeholder engagement
  • Calm under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Flexible working hours and travel
