About the role

Responsibilities
- Take care of the individual insurance needs of clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify appropriate insurance solutions for each industry
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with service providers, insurers and independent experts
- Handle tendering, premium collection, claims processing, contract drafting and data maintenance
- Provide genuine customer proximity through our local offices
- Contribute to the company’s success with professional expertise
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen), a relevant university degree, or equivalent qualification
- A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction
