About the role

  • Insurance Advisor handling customer insurance needs and relationships with BüchnerBarella insurance broker firm. Focusing on customer satisfaction and tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the individual insurance needs of our private customers
  • First point of contact for all private customers
  • Build customer relationships and ensure long-term trust
  • Cross-line servicing and end-to-end handling of cases across all non-life (composite) lines
  • Analyze customers' needs and risks
  • Prepare tailored solutions and proposal documents
  • Proactively support customers in the event of a claim
  • Preparation and follow-up for annual review meetings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (m/f/d), a relevant university degree, or an equivalent qualification
  • Career changers with professional experience in qualified private customer advisory are welcome
  • Enjoy customer service and close client engagement; committed to delivering customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with a strong sense of teamwork and our family-like work environment
