About the role
- Insurance Consultant managing individual insurance needs in Real Estate and Residential sectors. Building sustainable partnerships and developing customized coverage solutions for clients in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the individual insurance needs of our clients in the residential property management and real estate sector
- Maintain regular communication with clients and build sustainable partnerships
- Identify the appropriate insurance solution for each property
- Analyze existing insurance policies and identify risks at an early stage
- Develop sector-specific coverage concepts
- Negotiate on behalf of our clients with service providers, insurers and expert surveyors
- Handle tenders, claims processing, contract preparation, premium monitoring and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk (or equivalent), a relevant university degree, or comparable qualifications
- Ideally, experience in the commercial insurance environment, especially in the real estate sector
- A desire to focus on the residential housing sector and actively help shape it
- A passion for client care and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-like working environment and embrace a collaborative "we" mentality
