- Managing product sprint, backlog, scrum board, product documents.
- Conducting effective analysis on the market and competitors.
- Have experience and familiarity with cloud products and platforms such as AWS, and Azure, leveraging this knowledge to enhance product management and development.
- Demonstrate experience in coding within a team in a software company, contributing effectively to the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro for enhanced project management, collaboration, and workflow optimization.
- Develop and implement robust software development and analysis processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal performance.
- Drive software design, development, testing, and deployment in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Evaluate and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, product management, and analytics.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering fields, and it is nice to have a master’s degree in these fields.
- Advanced level English language skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
- Proven experience in software development, product management, and optimizing product management processes.
- Experience in coding within a team environment in a software company is a strong advantage.
- PSPO I-II (Professional Scrum Product Owner - Scrum.org) certificates are a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in methodologies like Agile and Scrum.
- Knowledge of integration methods such as RESTful APIs and webhooks.
- Demonstrated experience in providing informal guidance and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Expertise in software development methodologies, processes, and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and similar platforms for collaborative product analysis and design.
- Familiarity and experience with cloud products and platforms, especially AWS and Azure, is a plus.
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Postman, Jira, and Miro is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive for innovation.
