Responsibilities
- Translate institutional needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
- Create and evolve the roadmap aligned with company and partner objectives.
- Build, prioritize, and manage the squad's backlog.
- Monitor KPIs and OKRs related to the institutional area.
- Lead agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, and retrospective).
- Collaborate with commercial, customer success, education, and technology teams.
- Produce functional documentation, user stories, and executive presentation materials.
- Conduct interviews, usability tests, and hypothesis validation with institutional users.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Product Manager working with products (edtech, SaaS, healthtech, or related areas).
- Ability to lead product discovery in a structured way, with customer and business focus.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and management tools (Azure DevOps is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, active listening, and stakeholder management.
- Strategic mindset, ownership mentality, and results-oriented.
- Data-driven orientation and comfort with metrics analysis.
- Hands-on experience with advanced AI applied to digital products.
