About the role
- Finance Leader managing P&L for Cloud and Security practice in a global tech services leader. Driving financial growth, compliance, and strategic partnerships across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end P&L for the Cloud and Security practice
- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization
- Act as the finance lead for large deals, renewals, and transformations
- Partner with practice leadership on growth plans, investments, and headcount planning
- Oversee project financial performance (billing, WIP, revenue recognition)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
- 15+ years of finance experience in IT Services, Consulting, or Technology in a Divisional CFO or Head of Finance role
- Strong experience in P&L management and business partnering
- Proven track record supporting large-scale deals and complex delivery models
- Experience with global delivery and multi-geo financial management
