About the role

  • Account Manager managing clients' SEO, PPC, and Web Development needs for ServiceCore, a growing SaaS provider in the portable sanitation sector.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met.
  • Managing the creation and deployment of new websites.
  • Collaborating with third-party contractors to fulfill client services.
  • Facilitating regular communication with clients and contractors, ensuring smooth project flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively managing and overseeing clients' Reputation Management strategies.

Requirements

  • General understanding of SEO, PPC, and Web Development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and manage external contractors.
