About the role

  • Bau-Ingenieur (m/w/d) für das Sachgebiet Gebäudewirtschaft im Landratsamt Aichach-Friedberg. Verantwortlich für die Planung und Überwachung von Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen in kommunalen Liegenschaften.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management of several county-owned properties
  • Planning, coordination and supervision of maintenance, refurbishment and conversion projects
  • Coordination of external service providers, specialist planners and trades
  • Ensuring operator responsibilities, traffic safety, occupational health & safety and fire protection
  • Budget planning, tendering, contract award, project acceptance and billing
  • Communication with school principals, caretakers and internal stakeholders
  • Long-term prospect: taking on a team leader role (technical department)

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management or a comparable field
  • Experience in planning and supervising maintenance and repair measures
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) / AVA (tendering/contract management) is an advantage
  • Valid Class B driving licence
