About the role
- Working student supporting IT and digitalization projects at UKSH in Lübeck. Assisting in project management and data analysis for process optimization.
Responsibilities
- You will support us in IT and digitalization projects in a hospital/healthcare setting
- You will contribute to project management by coordinating tasks, preparing documentation and tracking milestones
- You will organize and prepare meetings, take minutes and liaise with internal and external project partners
- You will assist in gathering, analyzing and visualizing data to support process optimization
- You will perform administrative tasks and support the team in daily operations
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Economics/Social Sciences, Medical Engineering, Medical Informatics or a comparable field
- First experience in project management or digitalization projects is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Structured, independent working style and interest in the digitalization of healthcare
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
