About the role

Responsibilities
- Strategic advisory on Microsoft and Citrix technologies: You analyze requirements and develop architecture concepts and roadmaps.
- Leadership of implementation projects: You take responsibility for migrations to AVD, Citrix Cloud/DaaS, Intune management and secure access solutions.
- Technical workshops, proofs of concept and optimizations: You work in a structured way and drive measurable improvements in environments.
- Team leadership: You coordinate interdisciplinary teams and pass on know-how.
- Client presentations and stakeholder management: You confidently persuade decision-makers and represent Proact in Microsoft partner engagements.
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science or comparable qualification – complemented by extensive EUC practical experience.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows 365 and Citrix – for example in AVD/Intune designs or complex Citrix deployments including NetScaler.
- Proven project leadership in virtualization and cloud migrations; certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, CCE‑V or CCP‑V are a plus.
- Scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Terraform or Bicep – you automate rather than clicking manually.
- Strong communication: Customer orientation comes naturally to you, you bring experience in agile IT environments and have very good German and English skills.
