- Talent Acquisition Specialist managing the recruitment process for SENKO, a leader in fiber optic interconnects. Collaborating closely with hiring managers to source top talent in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, professional, and operational roles, including job postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Promote SENKO’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment protocols and employment laws
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide market insights.
- Guide hiring managers during the recruitment process by coaching on interview techniques and selection practices
- Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
- Guiding new hires through the initial stages of the hiring process, which can include administrative tasks and introductions to the team
- Participating in the onboarding process of new hires.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required
- 3-5 years of experience of full life cycle of recruitment required, preferably in a manufacturing or technological environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, best practices and HR compliance
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-CP a plus
