Area Sales Manager for established energy service provider in Tirol and Vorarlberg. Responsible for client management, business development, and strategic growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Responsibility for an existing customer base
Development of new business opportunities
Management and strategic development of existing key accounts such as property managers, cooperatives and property developers
Acquisition of new customers by identifying market potential
Building long-term, trust-based customer relationships
Operational implementation of regional sales targets
Technical and commercial advising on solutions in the areas of energy, building services and related services
Analysis of customer needs and preparation of tailored proposals
Central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Completed technical or business-related education
At least 5 years’ experience in field sales or key account management
Experience in building services/HVAC or the energy sector
Existing network in areas such as property management, property developers or installers is an advantage
Very good knowledge of common tools such as CRM systems and MS 365
Business-fluent German
Driving licence Class B and willingness to travel 3–4 days per week within Tyrol & Vorarlberg
Strong track record in new customer acquisition and building sustainable customer relationships
Enthusiasm for digitalization and energy efficiency
