  • Intern supporting Inside Sales team by assisting with lead research, account outreach, and pipeline hygiene. Hands-on experience in professional B2B environment ideal for students interested in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with lead and account research using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and internal systems
  • Support pipeline hygiene by updating contact records, opportunity notes, and activity logs in Salesforce
  • Help prepare outbound call lists and email outreach for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and call shadowing
  • Help analyze basic sales metrics (activity, response times, pipeline coverage)
  • Support special projects related to process improvement, automation, or territory planning

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • (Desired) Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
