About the role

  • Sales Manager acquiring clients in the field for innovative payment solutions at Flatpay. Working independently with clear development paths and performance incentives.

Responsibilities

  • You acquire customers in the field and convince them of our innovative payment solutions.
  • You attend and handle pre-qualified customer appointments scheduled by the inside sales team (50–60 bookings per month).
  • You work independently and organize your week yourself, ensuring you meet or exceed your targets.
  • You maintain and proactively grow your customer base.
  • Independently install terminals and POS systems at acquired customer sites.

Requirements

  • Sales experience from internships, part-time jobs, or professional positions is a plus, but career changers are welcome.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Valid driving licence (Class B) required.
  • No specific academic degree required.
  • Excellent written and verbal German language skills.
