About the role

  • Customer Success Manager overseeing client needs and project management in Insurance & Banking. Collaborating with teams to deliver digital solutions and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • You identify new requirements and needs of our clients and develop compelling solution approaches based on them (Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering)
  • You prepare presentations and proposals for prospects and existing clients
  • You take responsibility for project deadlines and coordinate cross-disciplinary teams
  • You structure complex products into clearly defined releases and co-create MVPs with the client that can be implemented and launched quickly
  • You work closely within the team while also independently taking ownership of your projects
  • As the link between business and IT, you lead digital projects and actively promote the continued development of our customer relationships
  • You collaborate with developers, business analysts, designers and other team members across multiple locations
  • You design and facilitate workshops to capture both obvious and hidden customer requirements
  • You actively maintain and develop your assigned customer accounts, identify upsell and expansion opportunities early and position new solutions together with the client

Requirements

  • A university degree, ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Information Systems) or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or in account/project management, ideally in a digital environment
  • A high degree of independence, a strong hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly assume responsibility
  • A structured working style, reliable time management and a drive to work efficiently and autonomously
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A strong affinity for technical topics and/or digital platform solutions
  • A confident presence in client meetings and presentations
  • Experience in project management, particularly when working with interdisciplinary, international teams
  • High self-motivation, decisiveness and adaptability in a dynamic environment
