About the role
- Business Analyst integrating ERP solutions for healthcare, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with stakeholders, mapping processes, and supporting implementation.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from stakeholders (beneficiary management, authorizations, billing, contracts, TUSS/ANS)
- Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes using BPMN notation
- Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development team
- Ensure ERP compliance with ANS regulations (TISS/TUSS)
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document test scenarios and manage deviations/defects
- Act as liaison between health insurers/operators, technical teams (Dev/QA/DevOps) and management
- Support ERP implementation: user training, go-live and post-implementation support
- Support project management: schedule, scope and backlog management (Scrum/Kanban)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
- 2 years or more of experience in the functions described above
- MBA in Project Management, specialization in Supplementary Health or postgraduate studies in Digital Transformation (preferred)
- Knowledge of ERPs for the supplementary health sector
- BPMN (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart)
