About the role

  • Business Analyst integrating ERP solutions for healthcare, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Collaborating with stakeholders, mapping processes, and supporting implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements from stakeholders (beneficiary management, authorizations, billing, contracts, TUSS/ANS)
  • Map AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes using BPMN notation
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for the development team
  • Ensure ERP compliance with ANS regulations (TISS/TUSS)
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), document test scenarios and manage deviations/defects
  • Act as liaison between health insurers/operators, technical teams (Dev/QA/DevOps) and management
  • Support ERP implementation: user training, go-live and post-implementation support
  • Support project management: schedule, scope and backlog management (Scrum/Kanban)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering
  • 2 years or more of experience in the functions described above
  • MBA in Project Management, specialization in Supplementary Health or postgraduate studies in Digital Transformation (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ERPs for the supplementary health sector
  • BPMN (Bizagi, Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Basic SQL
  • Jira/Confluence/Trello
  • Postman
