About the role
- Account Manager supporting E-commerce clients at secupay AG from first contact to long-term support. Collaborating with inside account teams and channel managers to drive client success
Responsibilities
- You support our customers in the E‑commerce area and serve as their primary point of contact
- You work together with the teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
- You prepare quotes and contracts and follow them through to successful closing
- You actively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins, and online shop payment modules
- You actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes in e‑commerce
- You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your findings
