Responsibilities
You support our customers in the E‑commerce area and serve as their primary point of contact
You work together with the teams to develop customer relationships and identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities
You prepare quotes and contracts and follow them through to successful closing
You actively advise on our new e‑commerce products, payment plugins, and online shop payment modules
You actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes in e‑commerce
You monitor market trends in e‑commerce and proactively share your findings
Requirements
You enjoy communicating—whether in person, by phone, or in writing
You work in a solution‑oriented way within the team and with our customers
You organize your work independently and respond flexibly to new requirements
You demonstrate initiative, negotiation skills, and creativity—even in complex situations
Ideally, you have prior experience in the financial services sector
You are fluent in German and have a very good command of English
