Responsibilities
Manage and develop our Northern Europe partner business (Nordics and Benelux), building strategic relationships with partners in the IT and OT markets.
Work closely with partners to drive sales, increase market share, and ensure mutual success.
Identify new partnership opportunities and areas for expansion.
Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to drive growth across Nordics and Benelux.
Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner needs and optimize synergies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the channel landscape.
Requirements
Ideally based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Possibility for remote work in Sweden or Netherlands.
Fluent in English and Dutch or one of the Nordic languages.
A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Channel Management or partnership roles, preferably within the tech industry.
Strong experience managing and growing channel or alliance partners in the technology industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills – across a broader eco-system.
Proven ability to develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives.
Strategic, analytical mindset with strong pipeline and forecasting capabilities.
Comfortable working with technical solutions and translating value into business outcomes.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
Proficient in CRM systems; experience with partner reporting and QBRs.
