About the role
- SAP Basis Consultant ensuring the technical operation and integration of systems in the energy industry. Collaborating to develop digital solutions and optimize processes for clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the technical integration of market communication and other interfaces
- Operating and maintaining SAP systems and selected peripheral systems in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs
- Performing technical and functional monitoring and initiating improvement measures
- Serving as the point of contact for our customers on energy industry processes
- Contributing to the optimization of internal workflows and processes
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in IT or the energy sector
- Experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, particularly in integrating interfaces and third-party systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux
- Understanding of energy industry processes (e.g., market communication, technical or commercial workflows)
- Desirable: experience with SAP customizing
- Enjoyment of teamwork, solution-oriented thinking and continuous personal development
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
