About the role

• Senior SAP Lead Consultant managing PLM projects at CNT Management Consulting. Leading project teams and mentoring professionals across the company.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP PLM implementation and enhancement projects, some of which are international
• Contributing to and supporting SAP implementation or supply chain projects
• Designing PDM/PLM scenarios, processes and the system architecture required for implementation
• Providing consultancy on process design within the PLM process chain
• Providing technical leadership to project teams
• Supporting the further development of our consulting expertise and our specialist teams in the field of SAP PLM
• Mentoring our young professionals and taking technical responsibility for consultants
• Continuous development of hard and soft skills

Requirements

• A degree from a university or technical college in information technology or engineering, or an equivalent qualification (career changers also welcome)
• Excellent expertise in the SAP PLM module, with more than 5 years’ experience
• Experience in (partial) project management of SAP projects
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Production Planning is desirable
• Knowledge of design processes in mechanical and plant engineering is an advantage
• Proficiency in using project management and controlling tools
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
• Business fluency in German and English
