Responsibilities
Assist in the setup, execution, and breakdown of catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Serve beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.
Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
Clear tables and clean banquet room after events.
Communicate effectively with the Events team.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supplies needed.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent work and educational experience
Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role in a banquet or high-volume kitchen setting
WA Food Workers Card required and Class 12 Permit required
Must pass a background check prior to employment
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
