About the role

• Functional Analyst in product development teams at SD Worx, building country-specific HCM & payroll solutions. Collaborating across functions to contribute to SD Worx's European market ambition.

Responsibilities

• Preparing analyses and functional descriptions of business and customer needs, based on a solid understanding of the bigger picture and HR & Payroll specifics
• Collaborating with team members to craft clear and complete user stories
• Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure business requirements are fully understood
• Leading functional workshops with partners and defining data mappings together with them
• Managing change requests related to data mappings at partner level
• Providing input for UI/UX design
• Writing user documentation in clear, user‑friendly language
• Actively contributing to team processes to improve team performance and collaboration with other teams inside and outside the tribe

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position within HCM solutions and local payroll regulations
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with operations, implementation, and development teams in an international environment
• Ability to capture business and functional requirements in close cooperation with domain specialists
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on long‑term, sustainable solutions within and beyond existing systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Interest in new technologies and eagerness to learn
• A university degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) or equivalent experience
• Nice to have: Experience in system integration projects and Scrum methodology
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project management
