About the role

  • Analyst managing Learning Management System with technical analysis and user support. Collaborating with various teams to ensure effective system configuration and user-centric design.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for functional and technical analysis, implementation, and support of LMS
  • Ensure effective requirements identification, planning, integration, design, and configuration
  • Collaborate with customers, Learning Teams, Technology Teams and vendor partners
  • Maintain a focus on user-centric design and end-user support
  • Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, client inquiries, and system maintenance
  • Identify opportunities for system improvement and optimize configuration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Technology or related subject
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience with learning management systems and training teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of reporting techniques and standards
  • SQL knowledge a plus
  • Experience in technology management including user administration, multi-system integrations, data requirements, system configuration, system testing, and issue resolution
