About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
  • Assist in mapping workflows, documenting dependencies, and proposing optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the implementation of workflow tools, including workflow engines, APIs, and automation platforms.
  • Assist in configuring, testing, and maintaining automated processes within systems.
  • Validate workflow behavior, logic conditions, and system interactions.
  • Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to support automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and engineers to ensure automation aligns with company goals.
  • Assist in presenting new automated workflows and process changes to end-users.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to process efficiency, automation impact, and operational improvements.
  • Identify trends and insights that can drive further optimizations.
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and process improvement best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in process analysis, system analysis, process automation, or operations roles within a technical or product-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess workflows and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to work with structured documentation, process mapping tools, and logic-based systems.
  • Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into structured system logic.
  • Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Good-to-Have
  • Experience working with workflow engines or BPMN-based tools.
  • Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs.
  • Experience testing APIs using tools such as Postman.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working in tech-driven environments or financial services workflows.
  • Understanding of data-driven decision-making in process improvements.
