Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related fields; postgraduate studies in the area are desirable;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite;
Prior experience in developing event projects and Brand Experience and CRM activations, with in-depth knowledge of all stages involved in executing events, activations, and relationship programs—especially scheduling and timing breakdowns, calendars, communication cadences, and participation/impact journeys;
Analytical capability to build storytelling based on facts, data, market trends, and consumer behavior;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards;
Ability to work with different departments such as creative, production, operations, event production, and business teams;
Languages: English and/or Spanish (desirable).
