About the role

  • Conducts market research: designs, executes, analyzes, and reports research objectively;
  • Analyzes data, ensuring relevance for decision-making (tests, sales data, trends, demographics, etc.);
  • Creates and develops survey questionnaires to deepen understanding of purchase and consumption dynamics;
  • Seeks to understand how consumers and brands perceive a given reality, working with information from diverse sources to give coherent meaning aligned with specific objectives;
  • Ability to analyze the internal aspects of a situation and deeply understand how consumers and brands operate;
  • Designs participation journeys and communication cadences for events and brand activations;
  • Establishes correlations and provides diagnostics for different approaches;
  • Guides assistants to ensure processes are followed;
  • Develops papers that summarize strategic thinking and detail tactical actions;
  • Builds presentations for projects that create a persuasive and strategic flow;
  • Leads projects internally to ensure cross-functional integration;
  • Advocates strategic thinking and guides creative teams in idea development;
  • Presents projects internally and to clients;
  • Monitors project performance, analyzes results, proposes improvements, and produces monthly or ad-hoc reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, or related fields; postgraduate studies in the area are desirable;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite;
  • Prior experience in developing event projects and Brand Experience and CRM activations, with in-depth knowledge of all stages involved in executing events, activations, and relationship programs—especially scheduling and timing breakdowns, calendars, communication cadences, and participation/impact journeys;
  • Analytical capability to build storytelling based on facts, data, market trends, and consumer behavior;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards;
  • Ability to work with different departments such as creative, production, operations, event production, and business teams;
  • Languages: English and/or Spanish (desirable).
