Responsibilities
Joint responsibility with the Chief Revenue Officer (Board) for the group-wide sales strategy, planning and revenue growth of Scopevisio
Management and further development of the entire sales organization across all locations (Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Partner Sales)
Build and implement scalable sales processes to drive sustainable new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Responsibility for developing and executing a clear go-to-market strategy in close coordination with Marketing, Professional Services and Product Management
Analyze and optimize the entire sales funnel performance (from MQL to SQL through to contract close and post-sales)
Implement and leverage modern CRM and automation tools to increase efficiency and transparency
Strategic expansion and maintenance of partnerships, influencers and channel structures
Lead, coach and develop the sales teams and promote a performance-oriented, motivating sales culture
Requirements

Track record in B2B sales: Proven experience building and scaling successful sales organizations — ideally in the B2B ERP software or SaaS space
Leadership & team spirit: You lead with clarity, empathy and enthusiasm — and know how to inspire your team to top performance
Sales expertise: Solid knowledge of modern sales strategies, CRM systems, forecasting and performance management
Experience: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in B2B software sales, ideally with responsibility for multiple teams or regions
Qualification: Completed (Master’s) degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a related field
