Responsibilities
Strategic leadership of the Cybersecurity Consulting team, including professional development and talent nurturing.
Advise our clients at the highest level on information and IT security strategies, establishment and enhancement of ISMS, secure IT and cloud architectures, and governance and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, CRA, AI Act).
Manage projects, resources and budgets, and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.
Conduct workshops, audits, management reviews and awareness sessions.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical, measurable security processes, policies and controls.
Further develop our consulting framework and internal knowledge formats.
Maintain and expand client relationships at decision-maker level.
Active business development: identify new clients, expand existing accounts and contribute to proposals and contract negotiations.
Revenue responsibility for the consulting portfolio in coordination with executive management.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in senior cybersecurity consulting or auditing (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX®, NIS2, GRC).
Demonstrable experience in client acquisition, business development or revenue responsibility.
In-depth knowledge of modern IT technologies, security architectures and regulatory requirements.
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Confident presence, analytical thinking and a strategic working style.
Very good German language skills (C1) and fluent English.
High self-motivation, strong communication skills and pronounced consulting competence.
Valid work authorization for Germany.
