About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the stable operation of our medical software solutions (including SEMA, LFX, DARWIN)
- Planning, implementation and support of software installation projects
- Setup and maintenance of interfaces to practice and hospital systems (HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML) – in particular via MIRTH
- 2nd-level support for internal teams and customers
- Testing, documenting and rolling out software updates
- Ensuring system documentation, standards and guidelines
- Close collaboration with Sales, Support, Product Management and customers
- Active participation in shaping and optimizing processes and workflows
Requirements
- Completed education in Computer Science, Medical Informatics or a related field
- Several years of experience in application operations / software environments, ideally in the medical/healthcare sector
- Good knowledge of HL7, GDT, DICOM, XML; experience with MIRTH is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments
- Excellent command of German and English; written French is an advantage
- Structured, independent working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Analytical, solution-oriented, communicative and a team player
